I’m an experienced Advertising and Marketing Communications Manager and a longer-term copy writer. Most recently, I wrestled with an Eloqua (E9) installation and learned it in largely a self-directed way. I can’t say enough fine things about Eloqua Tech Support. Working in an email and database marketing capacity, in a direct marketing environment, I became proficient at many elements of the program.

As a specialty, I would say, I’ve worked extensively within Eloqua’s reporting area to craft useful reports for both account- and product-focused sales teams. It’s critical for a company to be able to link its revenues with its marketing efforts, and I have been able to do that through a large number unique reports within Eloqua that sent a steady stream of segmented leads to both product and account salespeople. My work included data analysis, customer segmentation, program development, and the creation and automated distribution of lead tracking reports.
